At this pace isles would be happy to get rid of leddy for a 3rd and get some cap space, even if Leddy is still nice with it

I also think with FA starting today team dont want to miss out on targets because they have too much money committed. I know they dont have to free space up yet, but it seems like if a deal is available like this you take it

Teams are allowed to go over the cap by 8M but have to be down by the season starting. No team in their right mind wants to tack on 5M and have to sell in this market. I was hoping a trade before the draft but now im guessing after the top 4/5 LD UFA signings is when trade talks finalize
