Description

I'm sure Jarmo is not happy at losing out on signing Hall.
It's not so bad...
Domi replaces Wennberg and is locked down for awhile
Grigorenko joins the team for Center depth, maybe a diamond in the rough?
Foudy joins the team on entry level contract.
Texier, Bemstrom, and Merzlikens/Korpisalo will all be a year older (experienced).
Unfortunately, we gave up a huge amount of Defensive depth in Murray/Nutivaara clearing cap space...We will get to see what Peeke brings to the table.

Maybe Jarmo can pull something off with a signing or trade, but Texier, Nyquist, Foudy, Jenner, & Robinson on the LW is not all that bad.
This is probably where they should be salary wise anyway given the current financial uncertainty of the league.

Top 2 scoring LW's i would target would be Toffoli & Dadanov (in that order). Toffoli is younger and fits the CBJ mold a bit better (I think of him as a better Jenner).
Dadanov is very good, he would be second due to his age (31) and whether he takes some shifts off or plays fully in the D zone.
Hoffman is one dimensional and has had off ice troubles in the past, i would definitely stay away from him.

Will you be moving to Columbus OH now too?

I'm definitely glad to have Domi over Wennberg, but technically that was a trade and not a signing.
I'm hoping we can pick up a good player via signing too, but Jarmo will probably stand down now.

Because I forgot to sign him. He is so far down the depth chart, he will probably be offered a two way contract again.
Top 7 at this point will be: Werenski/Jones, Gavrikov/Savard, Kukan/Peeke (probably), Harrington would be the 7th (LD callup), and Clendening would be the 8th (RD call-up)
