Actually, this would be great for the Pens. They fill their desperate need for a 3rd line center who can produce and step up if/when Sid or Geno get's hurt.

Johnson is far from a cap dump and he would be a good 3rd line center for the pens. In A normal year and cap situation he wouldn't be available. I am a Pens fan.

he's a cap dump that no one even touched for free when he was on waivers. The penguins want nothing to do with him.

Only because very few teams have cap space in a normal year he is not a cap dump.
