Maybe you can get Myers to waive for seattle and kinda nudge him there with a pick. With the flat cap seattle can clean up taking some cap dumps for teams

One typical solution: Hughes and Pettersson get bridge deals around two years at 4M apiece, as a way of acknowledging that they will need to get paid a lot, but giving the team time to clear cap space. In two more years, Eriksson, Roussel, Beagle, and Ferland come off, freeing up 16M. Add in @Jfstompers suggestion of trading a pick to Seattle to take Myers, and that's almost 22M of cap space in two years to pay Hughes and pettersson. Then they sign the above amounts, but for eight years, not seven.

Boeser got a 2 year bridge deal at $6,000,000.

Tkachuk got a 3 year bridge deal at $7,000,000.

There's no chance Pettersson and Hughes take $4,000,0000 bridge deals.

Maybe $7,000,000 plus for 2 years, but that still doesn't solve the problem.
