From my understanding seems pretty fair. May need a pick to go back to ottowa because of the salary retention, but at most it would be a 2017 3rd. I would rather have daley play on the 2nd pairing than ceci though.

Problem is OTT has an internal budget. No way they eat dead money on Anderson for 2 years. More likely it's the Pens that retain salary on Fleury to make the salary output the same for OTT.
