& Hawks can't retain on 2 more contracts right now, they already have 2 retained. Limit is 3 at one time

I don’t think you understand how cap dumps work. We aren’t Ottawa and we don’t care if he’s owed nothing over the next 50 years. If his cap hit is 6M for 2 years, you are giving us 2 firsts for him.
