How I would try to retool the hawks

Created by: Wadejos123

Description
Seabrook agrees to buyout to sign cheap deal in Seattle

Hawks hopefully bottom out after this and land a top pick in a stacked 2022 drafted (maybe Shane Wright if we're lucky) then start trending up again

Looks mostly good but I think you'd actually have to include a 2nd and retain on Keith no matter where you trade him to.

    Keith isn’t a cap dump.

Chevy should have no interest in Keith at that cost.

Sarcasm? Future HOFer who can still handle a top pair role and Chevy absolutely desperate for D lately

Their D core last year was horrible

    Retained no less

Who cares that he's a future HOF'er, to the Jets he's just a 37 year old defenseman with a bad cap hit. The defense might have been bad last year, but that was then and they've improved it for the coming season.
