Imo SJ gets shafted in all of these except the Philly trade, maybe the MTL one as well.

he's a solid player for us, plays centre, PKs. I'd want a person of value coming back

Easy decline for CBJ.
While they do need improved scoring, they already traded away Murray & Nutivaara, so the Jackets cannot afford to move any more D men.
