I wouldn't touch to Skjei and that contract. Most importantly, I'm keeping Kase. They just got him and I think he'll fit well with DeBrusk and Krejci. They didn't acquire him to trade him in the offseason.

Bro, I always see you hating on Skjei... he's not as bad as you think. The contract isn't great, sure, but he became a pretty good 2LD once he got away from Trouba.

I don't hate him. He's good offensively but defensively he isn't. I would prefer having a guy that can be a good two-way dman. If he can play like a top4 D this season, fine.
