This would give CAR room for Jake bean and an upgrade in goal this year. Toronto would then have to protect 8 players (4 forward and 4 defense) for expansion draft, leaving Kerfoot and Dermott exposed and not resigning Hyman until after the draft.

Dude... Its just not enough.

I don't know how many times I have to say this.

If you want Pesce, it will cost more than that.

Carolina has ZERO desire to move Pesce. NONE! Why would they?

Time to pick a new target if you must, (I see no reason to at this point as the team is pretty much set for the next season).

This offer is akin to Carolina asking for Rielly or Muzzin and offering a backup goalie, a lower pair D and a 2nd round pick.

Its just not worth it for them or the construction of their current team. Understand?
