Habs don't need another top 4 RHD, another young top 6 winger prospect or a young top pairing LHD are our needs right now. Next season could be a different story though.

Well, since he spent the whole of last season in the U18 loop, I think his development will take longer than two years, but I think he's a third pairing guy at the least, with an offensive top four guy ceiling

I think he will be a top 2 guy as early as next season (I know that is a long shot) but more likely the year after. I just want to see a top 4 of Norlinder-Weber, Romanov-Petry as soon as possible. LOL

Sure, we don’t need Pesce, but the habs would accept this without a 2nd thought. This isn’t even close to fair for Carolina.

Honestly I would pass on it unless the plan was to immediately trade Weber or Petry for a top 6 forward or top pairing LHD
