Tampa declines, Sergachev isn't signing no 1 year $5,000,000 with Boston anyways. For that cheap he stays with Tampa. And those pieces don't get him 29 other teams can easily beat that offer.

If Tampa Bay moves Sergachev, it's not with Boston. Miller has signed a month ago and no reason to give up Clifton for nothing. Move Moore instead.

Some of them do, Buffalo, Detroit, Ottawa, New Jersey LA even Anaheim can make it work Winnipeg quite a few teams not 29 but probably 7 or 8 realistically.
