Yeah, but I just wanted to see if I could get them under without trading anyone significant.
They're the lightning, maybe they somehow convince him to take a one year one million dollar deal because "take it or leave it" lol
In all seriousness he gets something similar to Sergachev and they trade Johnson/Gourde/Killorn.

Nah I disagree, maybe a late pick/low end prospect but if it was more than a 5th I'd be surprised.
Also, the Sharks need depth players like that, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were the ones trading the late pick like I have above.

Pretty much every unsigned free agent would be better than him on defense. So we'd only be taking them to help out the Lightning.

Paquette may not have negative value, but Coburn definitely does. Given that everyone knows Tampa is in a tough cap situation, other teams aren't gonna be the one's paying to take on a slightly overpaid 4th liner and a 1.7M dollar healthy scratch totaling 3.4M. Just my two cents, but I think a sizable amount of other teams would agree with that notion to an extent.
