Suter won’t waive....thankfully.

That would not get RNH even if he was on the market.

You're not just on the other side of the Grand Canyon, you're also at the opposite end if that's all you're offering for The Nuge.

Might be a few draft picks and/or prospects going in either direction but I think that's a lot closer. And somewhat tempting, as much as I like me some Nuge.

Oh I agree that would be the base of the deal, a little tweaking would be required. I am a real big fan of RNH but I really love Carlo also!!

I’m not the biggest fan as Ritchie isn’t good, and Senyshen hasn’t proven anything really. Vaakanainen would be a nice add, but we have a lot of defence prospects (Broberg, Samorukov, Etc) for the LHD. A first would be nice too, but it would be very late. For a fair trade we would want something else.... possibly something along the lines of what the other guys said.

8 years ago when Suter signed, we were told his contract would be awful by now. Yet he's still a 1D. Still waiting for his contract to become bad like all the idiots always predict.

Most players start to decline after 30ish. Probably not good the last few years but definitely surprised some people
