Bellows played Johnston’s game but with an extra dynamic I’ll be pretty annoyed if Johnston is still in over wally tomorrow

Very true - bellows had a few good looks. Johnston is awful.

Maybe it’s just me but I don’t think Ross looked all that bad last night.. I don’t think he looked good but he didn’t look too bad but was probably a product of the opponent being shaky tbh

The problem with Johnston is he doesn’t have the skill or IQ to continue plays - he gets the puck and doesn’t know what to do with it. He doesn’t process the game at a level well enough to be on the 3rd line.

The chances of us seeing Bellows and Wahlstrom play on the same night, let alone the same line, this early in the season is not going to happen. Everyone should get that out of their heads until mid-February the earliest.

I don't know about swapping out Bellows and Wahlstrom just yet. Bellows looked really good last night. If anything, I'd swap Johnston for Komarov or Timashov.
