True, but if you're the worst team in the league, worst you can do is pick #4. 2nd worst team in the league, worst pick is pick #5...so forth and so on. Hawks will be the worst 3, so if they are 3rd worst, they have a 15% at pick #6

Technically the worst they can do would be 7th. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Seattle can't fall out of the top 5, so worst case scenario would be:

1: lottery team
2: lottery team
3: lottery team
4: worst team
5: Seattle
6: 2nd worst team
7: 3rd worst team

Yes, forgot about Seattle who is placed at 3rd, so worst Seattle can do is 6th

I think that Chicago will pull a Canuck and will get some of their good players back and have a great last 10 games. I figured the Canucks have lost in every draw so far (including the first with Buffalo) and was hoping they might finally get lucky this time and move up.
