Because they could send elder and another player who is really good but is getting older for another younger talent or some draft picks

i can appreciate this youre a brand new account for this, but keep in mind both sides need to see value in trades. Something like the wild trade where they are going to be sellers at the tdl, they won’t trade away a 1st for a 2nd and an older player to flip at the deadline. Something like that from their perspective wouldn’t make much sense. They’d rather keep the 1st and skip the hassle.

Seriously, the hardest thing you'll have to learn (on this or any other social website) is how to bear the slings and arrows of outrageous unfortunates without taking them to heart. Don't let negative or even nasty comments get you down or discourage you from offering your opinions. As someone 60 years older than you (!!), here's one of the few things I can say I've learned so far: you learn more, and make more progress from, your mistakes than you do from your successes.

Over time, you'll see that there are some people on CF who are genuinely interested in exchanging ideas and having legitimate intellectual discussions. There are half a dozen Toronto fans whose judgment can be trusted. There are about 10 fellow SoCal fans (Kings and Ducks) whom I respect greatly. Real Minnesota adherents are both knowledgeable and unfailingly courteous. And then there are the guys whose sole purpose seems to be to confirm their own very high self-evaluation, ofter in the snottiest terms. Just remember this: the guy who thinks he's the smartest guy in the room . . . is never the smartest guy in the room.

Some of it can work but I think you're looking for too much in return.

Roussel, Benn & Sutter = are players that will only get you a 5th, 6th or 7th round pick back at best &/or another teams marginal asset/old guy making too much money.
