Was incredibly bored, so I created my own version of the Seattle Kraken and projected what the team will look like, and some prior moves that might have an effect on what they'll look like eventually.
note: using Dallas as template as they have all their picks intact and no active buyouts hindering their cap.
Projected moves prior to Expansion Draft (basically trade deadline deals)

From what I understand, players who do not play 40 games of the 2020-21 season OR a combined 70 games between the 2019-20 and the 2020-21 season are exempt. It depends on whether or not he plays in the playoffs I guess.
Those games played rules do not have an affect on players availability, but rather the exposure requirement.
Also the games played numbers have been prorated to 27 and 54 games due to the shortened season.

Sorry but they are not exempted by this rule, they just don't count in the minimum exposure requirements for players by position.
The rule you are looking for is:
"Players with potential career-ending injuries who have missed the previous 60+ consecutive games due to an injury, do not meet the criteria set forth by the league in respect to the minimum exposure requirements for players, and in certain cases these players may even be deemed as exempt from the Expansion Draft selection process."

In other words, it's pretty much a given that if there's any possibility of Klefbom returning next year, EDM will be forced to protect the guy should they want to keep him.
I can respect the effort, since I tried too : https://fr.capfriendly.com/armchair-gm/team/2135432
But all your pre-draft trades made it hard to compare.
I also drafted valuable UFAs on bad teams (Hall, Palmieri, Raanta, Iafallo) because Seattle will spend like Gronkowski in a strip club.
At high level:
Vanecek is more valuable every game (WAS)
WPG really like Stanley
I really like Motte(VAN) after last playoffs.
Mahura in ANA, Shatterkirk is done.
Holl over Dermott (TOR)
