McCann doesn't do anything for NSH (too many 3rd liners on the team as it is). Picks or prospects please.

It's more of a money move. McCann could easily be traded from Nashville then to acquire additional picks/prospects.

Do any WPG fans have insight on Copp? I wasn't sure what his trade value was?

If PIT wants to trade McCann to another team, then offer the return to NSH that's fine. I'm afraid I don't like the "you can flip the guys you don't want for other assets" proposals. Sorry but to me, it's lazy.

Even though Copp will be a UFA at season's end the Jets need Copp more than Pettersson since he is LD and Jankowski does nothing to make it more enticing.
