I totally agree with that or Winnipeg at least adds a little and Lowry comes over with an extension already in place.

I don’t think Winnipeg wants to trade Lowry. But they would probably have to add to get Petterson, yes.

Jets don’t need another LD. We have too many as it is. Also Lowry is not up for trade. The Jets are gearing up for their own playoff run. They will not trade their best shut down centre for another left side defence man. The Jets team and farm system is over run with Left side defence man.
