Granlund isn't getting a first even in a weak draft class. and Ellis is not getting cole Perfetti in return.

I don't think you'd get Frost and a first but you could definitely get one of them in a package for Ekholm personally I'd prefer it be the pick but that here nor there

Not a fan of the Arvidsson proposal at all for NSH. Perfetti would be great, but Ellis should still be worth more than him. I'm good with all the others though.

I think ekholm can get you Frost and a 1st.

Winnipeg isnt trading Perfetti at all.

Even with Holloway i dont think the Edmonton deal gets it done but its not far off.

Most the others i would accept.

I would be ok with Ellis for Perfetti, Niku and maybe change the 3rd to a 2nd.

If the Pens rebuild next year the 1st could come in handy but I agree with your points!!

I think the 2nd for Arvy may be adding a little much i would say maybe a 3rd.

Ellis, josi and Rinne are the only untouchables in Nashville.

They can keep Niku. Can't see him ever becoming more than a #7-8 defenseman.

Yeah an extra 1st in that draft would be nice, but with NSH giving back a 2nd and taking McCann I just don't feel the value is there.

From the standpoint of the expansion draft it wouldn't make sense to send both. It's a weaker draft so it wouldn't be too much but I still don't feel like giving up the top center prospect in the organization and a first round pick for someone who will be left exposed in the expansion draft is a smart move from a Flyers stand point. For me if its frost going I would hope the trade would look something like Frost, Gus (cap reasons), and a 3rd for Ekholm.

No they’re not. Nobody is untouchable I wish everyone would get that Friedmann quote out of their heads
