What I saw was just Ghost and Gus for Ekholm and Arvidsson but it just says those are pieces that have been discussed which makes sense since cap hits are similar for the players. In a deal like this I feel like Frost has to be included.

I would agree but our GM hasn’t been great for many years now and I’m afraid he might make a panic move

If he's really high on ghost after what seems like a bounce back year at the very least I feel like ghost gus a first and second would be going back and thats if it end up being a bad trade/ panic move from Poile

I'd try to keep those two and leave Avridsson in Nashville.

I feel like Frost is an asset that can be traded to upgrade something and I feel similarly about Zamula especially since it's likely that York turns pro next year. Would I like them both to stay and make an upgrade of course but I don't know how realistic it is

NJD would be happy to give you Palmieri and Murray for Frost and Zamula
We would retain 50% on both and ask for nothing else in return.

The difference is that Arvidsson and Ekholm have term where Palmieri and Murray don't. Also Ekholm is better than Murray imo

Truth is, I’d do both (at 50%) for Frost alone.
And would take a cap dump.
And throw in a pick.
