Description

I just had an idea: I did an Elvis Merzlikins for Ryan Nugent-Hopkins trade a couple days ago, and a Travis Konecny trade earlier today. What if i combined the two. We're still under the cap, the Flyers have a slightly better cap situation, and RNH becomes a bigger piece to the team. I feel like this could work.

That is a pretty steep price to pay for Merzlikins and he has only played 44 games in the NHL and allows 3 goals per game. IMO the OIlers will decline.

Unless it’s a sign and trade this deal may not be worth 20 more games of rnh. I’m hoping we get a shot at him but I have a feeling he’ll resign in edm. If he isn’t willing then this is probably good value for a rental rnh.
