Ekholm's value should start with what we paid for Muzzin and add for retention
1st, two b prospects and add for the retention.
My guess is 1st and Amirov/Robertson is the ask

Im thinking its not enough from TOR.

NSH probably wants higher prospects than hallander and liljegren and the 1st and 3rd picks will be low.
Dermott is a nice 3rd pairing guy, but shows no real ability to become a top 4 dman and Kerfoot is a quality 3rd liner.

But its not off by all that much.

Kerfoot, TOR 1st, TOR 3rd, AND 1 of Robertson or Amirov AND 1 of Sandin or Liljegren is close, but the large retention, (especially for non-expiring guys) probably makes it a bit more than that.

For one, NSH would not retain 2 mil for another 4 years when they have to sign Tolvanen, Saros, and Fabbro soon; especially if they are to acquire Kerfoot. You probably need Sandin instead of Liljegren, and add Amirov to make the deal fair for both. Leafs get drastically better with this deal.
