This helps both teams really.

It's clear Holtby is not the #1 in Vancouver with how good demko is, so they move him out and save the cap space next season. While at the same time getting a good prospect + 2nd rnd pick.

Leafs get someone in holtby whose recently been the show and won it, he knows what it takes and would be more reliable in big games then Freddie.
They also get hamonic who can be a decent top 6 tough defensive player, if healthy.

I was saying it with a laugh "lol" and I guess sarcasm wasn't detected eh?
my comment was because your thoughts are that holtby is worthless, but the guy won a cup not long ago and was one of the best in the game for many years before. To imply he's worthless is just silly.

That's what my comment was about. You need to relax, this is all fake trade thoughts and nothing reel-kena. Relax.

I'm gonna guess and say, 14 years old?

Holtby is negative value to Vancouver now that we know for sure Demko is the real deal.

His past does not matter because we are not competing next season and his contract ends then. He is not worthless overall, he is of negative worth to Vancouver and we would happily trade him for a ufa straight up.

The main point of this trade proposal was to point out holtby as a possible answer for the leafs this year and next with an affordable and experienced goaltender.
All the while saving the Canucks cap so they can use it better ways. Th add-ins really weren't the point.

Next time I see your comments , I will just save everyone the time and not respond, cause damn what a waste of time.
