Kessel will have to waive his NMC, but maybe a better return to Beantown to chase the cup.

I've seen a lot of trade offers from Boston fans. And everyone of them starts with pieces from the worst back to back to back 1st round picks in history......

You mean in different years as the year Jake was drafted they screwed up 2 other picks - Urho was not in that draft. That being Jake is not a bad player, but he is being compared to Kyle Connor and Matt Barzal who the Bruins did a big swing and a miss on.

Was talking the 3 picks in the 2015 draft -Debrusk, Zboril and Senyshyn. No doubt Debrusk isn't a bad player, he's quite good, but the thought of screwing up 3 straight picks and the possibility that the Bruins could have had Barzal, Connor and Chabot instead would definitely give me nightmares if I was a Boston fan.

Nightmare - more like night terrors on the that draft. I mean scouts has Zboril at the time ranked ahead of Chabot - so I can't blame that pick to much as we dont have a crystal ball. I almost tossed my drink at the tv when I was watching the draft when we didnt take Connor, Konecny or Barzal - I mean Barzal was a top 5 if he didnt have knee surgery in his draft year and teams were concerned how he would bounce back - but man alive he had and has so much talent.

UGH - I hate you Dutch for bringing that draft year back up.

I usually half ass my day at work on deadline day, or take the whole day off. hoping this year will be better than most
