Lest the Dahlin deal one of the most pragmatic and steady AGMs on here in a fair while though with them selling off and building for future: why the Dmi deal?

Whatcha gonna do with all the cap space left

Taking on James Neal for Lagesson + maybe?

Hall's value is at an all-time low right now. I don't understand why a few people believe that the return for him will be two 2nds. The current asking price for him right now is rumoured to be one 1st and people are saying even that is too high. It should also be noted that a 2nd round pick this year could be quite valuable because there will likely be many unselected gems after the 1st this year due to the lack of scouting.

Domi thought was he can help team immediately (hopefully) and that will convince Eichel to stay. They have one year left with him IMO and they need to improve and for 2 2nds i think Buf would do that. It doesnt have to be Domi specifically, just someone who can step in and help who may be struggling in their current situation

Easy no from the Flames, no interest in Risto let alone buying on him when were already terrible.

Ullmark is going to ask for over 4 million i think. Rather spend more to get a better goalie

He can play PP, PK, top 4, bottom pair, literally anywhere. All im saying is he is better than players on the current roster and in exchange for a player who wants out and a 2nd is not a bad price

Yes it is, Calgary is 6th last in the league. That 2nd has and Risto would be withput question the 3rd pair RD in Calgary. That 2nd has more value than him

Yeah but that doesn't mean anything to a team thats nearly bottom of the standings, why give up futures for a marginal upgrade on our 7th and 8th dmen.

He is easily worth 4. He is a 9.20 save percentage goalie on the worst team in the league. He is the best NHL goalie in the shootout. He is super underrated and underappreciated.
