Stone is a UFA this offseason and I feel the Leafs will offer him a contract so why not get ahead of it. Shenn would have to compete with Polak for Ice but also replaces the role we will lose in the offseason as Polak is a UFA.

I was talking more the prospects. I do like Lepsic but I think they are going to look at what they got for Yandle and work off that.

I feel like some people have forgotten what a player can attract at the TDL, with trades from the NYR and CHI being the first to come to mind it recent years

Appreciate that you have Leafs as buyers. I don't understand the trades that make Leafs sellers, take them out of the playoff run, for some often meaningless picks.
