I agree. He does make mistakes from time to time but overall he’s great

Makes a lot of sense. They desperately need blueline help, and Reilly has played very well as a top 4 D this year. If he can do it in Ottawa he should be able to in Boston, until they get their guys back from injury.

Reilly is probably the best rental D available right now.

I wouldn't mind sticking with him as a regular assuming he keeps his current level of play.

Has a minor case of Jake Gardiner syndrome, though not to that extent. The underlying numbers suggest he's a capable defensive player, but when he boots it, he's doing it massively. I will say I haven't really had much cause for complaints with him on that front for a long time. He was a nightmare for the first month, and pretty excellent beyond that.

He's definitely a top 6 D even when they're fully healthy imo. Won't pretend to know who plays where when they're healthy, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him as a fit with Carlo.

We need more competition on the 3rd pair. Whoever is playing well should be in between Lauzon, Zboril, Miller, Clifton and if we need to sit someone, then we have the option to.

This is likely where the Bruins management see him.

He's not the same guy he was in MTL. You can't fluke your way to good results on the Sens blueline, and he's been a positive impact in all situations.

advanced stats arent the end-all be all but this is a pretty good synopsis of what hes like. has been honeslty good since he came to ottawa apart from the first 8 games of this season. Would be a nice fit next to carlo imo

Hes been a productive player since going to Ottawa, which is easier said than done. I think he'll fit in well within the Bruin's structured system playing along side a Carlo type. Adds a lot of much needed competition on the back end. Solid pickup
