I mean your comparing 31 games to 13

I'm not saying Cozens is better but he based it on a 60 minutes rate so the number of games doesn't really matter in that case.

Thanks for drafting Dach instead of Cozens!

As a fan of both teams its way to early to tell. Dach and Cozens are in the same tier.

      GF/60
      Shots for per 60
      Higher corsi
      Higher fenwick.
Dach was been better defensively though. Too early to judge hopefully both players can be injury free next season.

      Dach, 48.4% CF, 47.7% FF, 52% D-zone start
      Cozens, 46.9% CF, 45% FF, 50.8 D-zone start

Shots per 60, when comparing a playmaker (Dach) is useless.

Sample size is also important and knowing a players style goes along with analytics. Would you compare Jumbo Joe’s shots per 60 to someone like Evander Kane?

That last sentence should’ve gone to the first poster I commented on using the S/60 & G/60 stat as justification when all of the other stats he quoted were actually in Dach’s favor.
