Personally i think this is a steal for Vancouver, but i think Hughes is brutal and everyone here seems to love him.

Hughes is a huge part of the Canucks core. Andersson and Mangiapane are a huge part of Flames. Flames need RD more than LD as we already have Hanifin and Valimaki as our future top 2 LD

I'm really surprised to see a Canucks fan trading Hughes! He's still young and will only get better, it's tough to watch your team loose but give it some time, they have some good pieces and once some bad contracts expire they be able to add to them.

Canucks are hoping (it might be false hope) that Quinn is going to emerge as star. Seems like point totals signify "star" but that isn't reality. For actual on ice value...think the trade favours Vancouver.
