I wouldn't hate getting Scheifele for Kuznetsov. Banking on Kempny playing regular minutes might be iffy though, but D is definitely a need for WPG.

His media availability doesn't indicate any unhappiness, Maurice is a players coach and caters to Wheeler and Scheifele (that is a whole different issue). Kuznetsov looks like he is a low character guy and Scheifele is on a great contract so the Jets pass.

schiefle talked about how unhappy he was with getting benched and it shows when he is unhappy on the ice, obviously you arent going to talk to the media about it, and with the amount of assets going back, it would be worth it for thr jets to take it.

The narrative you are trying to spin is reaching. Maurice bases all of his decisions around Wheeler and Scheifele and caters to their wishes more often than not. Scheifele has a great contract, so if there was a trade it would be with another team that could offer much better assets in return. Have fun speculating.
