Buffalo definitely declines that.

Hamilton laughs at that offer

Based on this season Subban is better than Korpisalo... so why are the hawks adding in a 3rd and a prospect?

Um... what?

Ooookay. Let's try and go point-by-point.
1) The Eichel trade is nice for the Jackets but the chances of the Sabres going for it are, shall we say, low.
2) The Hamilton signing is attractive but the chances of him accepting it are, well, similarly low.
3) Why are we offer-sheeting a goaltender? We have multiple good goaltenders ready to go.
4) Why are we throwing away Peeke and Stenlund for so cheap? Those picks are not only overly low, they're too far away.
5) Wait, we're trading for another goaltender as well? This is not a need at all...
6) We underpay Hamilton, but then we pay Tatar that much?
7) We're bringing back Wennberg for THAT much?

There's just a little too much absurdity in this thing.
