Description

Focus is on getting youth sooner rather than later. Will not be targeting the playoffs until 23-24 or 24-25. Bad contracts will expire after two years (other than Skinner and Duchene), as will the cheaper youth contracts, at which time BUF can sign their talented youth to big deals.
