I'd do this if Skinner is added. Price would be ok in a 1A / 1B situation where there is no pressure to overexert himself in the regular season. Ullmark can play 60% in the season, and Price can take the playoffs. BUF gets the young explosive guys they want, and MTL struggles for years with Eichel and Skinner LOL

Take out Price and make the 2022 pick a 2021 pick and then this trade is fair value. However,, Montreal shouldn't do it because there is no point in them trading away Caulfield. May add in a middle 6 piece instead of price. But even if you didn't do that I think it is fair.

Except Price has a NMC and there is no way he is waiving it to go to Buffalo lol
Only team he would probably waive it for would be the Kraken as that is where he lives in the off-season in North Eastern Washington state and be the face of the franchise and get out of the pressure cooker of Montreal.
