No one with any kind of NTC on TB is waiving for a Canadian team, they are taking a huge pay cut if they do. I think Calgary would rather loose Johnny in free agency than to give up Johnny and 2 picks to be stuck with those contracts.

Both Tampa and Calgary decline, tampa doesn’t want to lose all that depth and Calgary doesn’t want all that cap
