Since most responses are "why would anyone trade for Strome he doesn't even faceoff good!" please keep in mind Strome is over .8 ppg pace the past two season, and has shown this year he can put up points without Panarin.

Selling a bit short on Strome (drop Gaut and swap one of the 2nds + Smith for a 1st). And REALLY short on Georgiev. Not sure why...

If Copp indicates that he isn't willing to sign long term then the Jets should trade him (he is at his peak value) and protect Appleton in the expansion draft.
