Honestly not sure I'd trade Jensen for only a 4th rounder at this point. He played pretty well as the season went on, and the Caps need him more than a 4th rounder at this point if we're still contending (which I guess we are).

Great targets - Dermott and Jensen both require more to get IMO, but they still are solid choices.

It sounds like ARI will have to get rid of some of there bigger contracts this offseason. They will probably end up taking on contracts with a heavy cap hit, low cash, if possible. I doubt they will have the financial ability to spend that much in free agency.

The Caps have a derth of RD talent. Our prospects (Fehevary and Alex) are LD and Schultz only has 1 year left on his deal. I'd venture to guess Kempny is easily acquired, much more so than Jensen.

If I had to guess GMBM, a 3rd would also be declined. A 2nd would be accepted. A 3rd/4th would also be accepted.

Kempny is a gigantic question mark at this point due to health, so if the Yotes are not expecting to compete this year, he's easily acquired for a low pick.

It's just a position we don't have really any depth on. The only way I could see a third for Jensen is if GMBM thinks TvR is able to fill in at the same level as Jensen. Even then, I'd still value Jensen more than some 18 year old third round pick.
