Leafs wouldn't do that for future considerations. Definitely not for their best forward in that playoff series besides maybe Spezza. Not a Toronto fan, but still this has to be a troll haha

So your Blaming Nylander who had 5 goals in 7 games. not Marner (who had none) or Matthews(who had 1) your blaming Nylander. also this trade is dog**** even if we were trading Nylander why would we want a bad contract and a mid-second.

First of all it’s a joke, so calm down. Second of all I know the value is not their but it’s more about they could have used another RHD who can play in their top 4, while his contract is crap he fits what they need a big guy with a long reach who help keep shooters to the outside. An I’m not sure that the leafs brass will care about the fact the pick would be 41st overall when they currently only have 1 pick in the first 4 rounds

Sorry but im just sick of people blaming nylander. "oh, he scored 30 goals last season? he still is making to much"also im extremely heartbroken over yesterday so dont get to mad at me aqlso even if we need a defenceman like myers 6 mil is just too much so vancouver would have to retain.
