I know plenty on wood, I've seen him play for years. I know who he is, and I've seen him as a player. I don't think you know who ZAR is.
It's not just my opinion on this either, go look at this thread. Other people calling it a lateral move, and that is exactly what it is.
It's two legit bottom 6 3rd-4th line tweeners being swapped. Little more little less.
You could argue both guys last year played 3rd line roles for their teams. One was used to generate more offense, the other to shut down the other teams best players. Which he did, effectively.
What you don't realize is ZAR had to change his game to become that. He wasn't always a shut down guy, they asked him to be that. He was a goal scorer but they needed him to be something else.
Which tells you a lot about how good of a player he really is.
It's a lateral move, a swap. No more.
