Honestly I think Dallas wouldn’t mind having Hertl on their team Seguin is starting to show signs of declining and hertl could step in and be the top line center

Like the trades, but can't see EK on LTIR permanently. It isn't so much tanking, but creating cap space. Teams even if finish last still have only a 18% chance of winning the lottery.

Most of these trades shaft the Sharks in terms of value. And I’d take at least 3-4 other guys over Johnson at 7. Not a huge fan of his.

I'd be shocked if Couture agreed to join the Sharks' biggest rival, even if they are cup contenders. And even if we did trade Couture to the Knights, we'd be looking to add additional assets like picks or (preferably) Krebs and Tuch to make this worthwhile.

As for Hertl and Kane, they are our current best players in offense and we really shouldn't be willing to accept low ball offers for the two from Dallas or Boston. We'll need at least 1 first-round pick from both teams or additional players to make these trades worthwhile.
