Im going to be doing a Franchise mode for them and wondering what they need these are my planned lines.
Im thinking a playmaking 1c will work well

#1 center like Eichel would be perfect for this team.
Trade MAF to the Penguins for a 2nd
Krebs, Glass, 3 first round picks for Eichel

They're modified NTC and lehners only has an 8 team no trade list. MAF is the soul for that fanbase and the better goalie. Trade Lehner and find a replacement via free agency when MAF is done.

Nope keep the better one that is also the fan favourite. Sign a new goalie I'm FA when Fleury is done.

Yes because top10 goalies are so easy to find in the market. Lehner has actually been better than Fleury over the past three years and it's unlikely Fleury keeps his current level of play next season, especially considering his age.

Lacking a true 1C. In hindsight the Pietrangelo signing is brutal, because really that money should be used to address that 1C position
