Well, not a Isles fan, so I cannot speak on their behalf. But here is my belief...

Pelech and Pulock are not likely to move.
Dobson isn't going anywhere either.
Prospects Salo and Bolduc appear to be part of future.
Leddy and Hickey would be moved for nothing (but that was also true last year and they ended up having to sell Toews for a couple of picks).
Mayfield and Aho, they probably want to keep since they are on low salaries, but are movable.

Two ideas:
1. Get a third party to take some salary for a pick (maybe take Komarov), then throw Vesalainen, Appleton or any capable cheap winger at them for Mayfield and Wilde.
2. Instead of Komarov, get 3rd party to take Ladd (gonna have to pay them handsomely). Then offer Copp and Samberg or Stanley to Isles and ask for Pulock.

The interest would be exclusively in pulock. Id think about the offer though. However, ladd’s going to be hard to move.

Would you give up...
One of: Appleton, Copp or Vesalainen
One of: Stanley or Samberg
One of: DeMelo
One of: 2021 1st or 2022 1st

For Pulock?

My thinking would be
WPG gives: Vesalainen, Samberg, DeMelo, 2021 1st
NYI gives: Pulock, Ladd
3rd team gives: 3rd round pick [cap space]

WPG gets: Pulock, 3rd round pick
NYI gets: Vesalainen, DeMelo, [cap space]
3rd team gets: Samberg, Ladd, 2021 1st
