    I'd probably say no for NYI. We can keep Komarov for the last year of his deal and get better value for Varlamov.

    Id do Bensen and the first for Kane. Maybe one of Turris or Koskinen too, but Neal would need two more firsts with him

    I'm not sure why people still think Komarov is some kind of albatross for the NYI. He's currently on the top line, and even if there is some kind of salary crunch his buyout numbers are next to nothing. That said, after these playoffs teams should be lining up for players like Leo. I can think of a few teams having trouble getting over the hump that could really use a guy like him.

    Agreed with this. He still doesn't have a ton of value, but he lost his negative value status.

    Let's say Kane's return is the 2022 1st. Neal + Turris + Koskinen's salary dump isn't equal to just Lavoie. Easy decline from SJ
