Description
In this scnerio, I would sign Elias Pettersson to an offer sheet of 4/40M. If Vancouver declines to match. I would trade Dumba and Fiala for draft choices to replace the ones lost in the offer sheet. I would include Lodnia in the deal so the Kraken take Rask in the Expansion draft. then I would sign KK and EK to extensions and Ian Cole and Menell to fill out the D.

Canucks are looking at a shorter term contract for petey if you go for a longer term contract in the offer sheet they would probably be less likely to match

I doubt Flyers make that trade. They got get a equal UFA Dman as a UFA without giving Frost or a first. Heck for 3m more they might get Hamilton.

Oh I didn't realize that. Flames shouldn't take that especially if Monahan is traded
