If theres no retention, and probably the max amount, OEL doesn’t make senes.

Agreed. It's not like Arizona has a ton of leverage either. He has two teams he wants to go to. Same thing happened with Taylor Hall which is why he didnt get a big return. It would have to be at least 2 mil in retention I would think for Boston to consider.
