      Keep Larson

      Let Barrie. Walk.

The 4.25 mill difference between bear and barries cap hit shores up the forwards.

Hoping is Larsson for no other reason that his lower cap hit will allow the Oilers to spend in other areas of need. And I like Larsson with his physical game on the back end.

Definitely Larsson, and rightfully so. We have no need for a PP specialist that's a defensive liability anymore. Nurse and Bouchard have great offensive skills and can easily slot in on our power play. I think I speak for a lot of oilers fans when I say that we're happy that he signed here for a year, but he doesn't really have a place on this team going forward.

Larsson 100%. Larsson is rock solid defensively and really fine offensively.

Of the two, Larsson. But I think the Oilers could get much of what Larsson brings for less than Larsson's expected cap hit, guys like Hamonic, Demers and Gudbranson get basically the same results for millions less.

Good time for me to point out Tyson Barrie has the 29th highest D pts/g rate in NHL history; he's ahead of Sergei Gonchar and weighted for era he's like 10th

Not far behind like Housley, Leetch, etc.

Yeah he's not great defensively (not terrible either about 36th percentile xGA) but inversely is Larsson historically good at anything? Bueller? Bueller...

Only 1 FA D can mostly replace what Barrie does in terms of possession & offense (EGustafsson) but like half the FA D can replace mostly what Larsson does

Maybe offers for Barrie get kinda bloated

But still probably well worth it ultimately
