Best possible case for a Kuznetsov Trade

Description
Assume we get a small bidding war on Kuznetsov. Seattle, Florida, Anaheim, Vegas, and Columbus have supposedly all been linked to Kuzy. Maybe that bumps the price a little bit since teams realize we don't have to trade him and he's the best center available not named Jack this offseason?

I think this might be a slight overpay by Vegas, but I truly do not think it is astronomically far off. This is assuming there is a bidding war and Vegas wants to add Kuznetsov bad enough because they think he's the last missing piece for a cup run.

This sets us up for a future center core of Lapierre-McMichael-Glass-Protas, and it wouldn't surprise me to see one or two of those guys move to the wing if they all happen to be top 6 material. That would majorly help out our issue of not having enough high-end winger prospects.

Additional Details:
2022 1st is a huge piece to add here. That draft is deep as hell. Also add a late pick in the 2021 draft since we're missing our first and could maybe add a goalie, RHD, or winger prospect with it. We've had some luck drafting goalies and defensemen in later rounds.

Smith didn't have a great season, so that helps even out the salary a little. Glass is also a nice add because we need a young roster player.

I feel like Vegas might be the worst city for Kuznetsov play in.

If this is about the coke stuff, it’s so overblown. Pun not intended.

But really, Vegas is a legit cup contender. Kuzy Karlsson Stephenson down the middle is going to make them a legitimate threat. Kuznetsov is going to shine with a guy like Stone, for sure.

I’d think about it, if he gets back I. Track he definitely solves the 1c issue at way lest cost than eichel
