Can't see Minnesota making that deal. Maybe as part of a larger Eichel package this is a part of it. But 1 for 1 for Risto even with retention would be bad asset management. The value isn't there.

Yeah no, very easily no. Rasmus R literally sucks. Wild didn't release suter to trade dumba for a worse d

Wild are keeping dumba. he's also beloved by wild gm. One reason suter release isn't a shock was wild gm promised dumba he was going to do everything he can to keep dumba

Buffalo fans: no one especially wild defense team wants Rasmus

I suppose you are referring to your opinion that he is not a good hockey player? You're definitely wrong that no one wants him. He will be playing hockey in 2021 and beyond.

Risto has more PP points than Dumba
Risto is better SH than Dumba
Risto hits more than Dumba
Risto has a better takeaway-giveaway ratio than Dumba
Risto blocks more shots than Dumba
Risto has played more games than Dumba (i.e. healthier)
Risto plays more minutes than Dumba

In this hypothetical trade, the Wild are getting Risto + $3.3mm in cap space to add someone to their roster.

So, other than some bias, not really sure where your "Risto literally sucks" and "no one wants him" comments comes from.

Wild don't need/ want Buffalo. Buffalo fans like yourself needs to stop pretending like you value him while trying to trade him for better player
