Seattle won't take your always injured defenseman with just a 3rd. You will have to package him with a prospect like Bowers to get it done.

A little low on Makar and Grubauer.
Too high on Landeskog.
Don't need Hamilton.
Seattle is not taking EJ. And the Avs would not offer any incentive for them to after he waived his NMC for them. Most likely it will be Donskoi.
Bowers isn't ready, so need to hang onto Jost as 3C.
